Brighter Home Services did a great job of coming to our aid. Lee showed up a half an hour early and immediately started in diagnosing our system. He explained every detail and performed the job well past my expectations, even finishing up in the rain.

I was at my neighbor’s home when Kenny came to do a service maintenance for her. My neighbor has had a number of issues with her a/c unit over the last couple years, and Kenny performed a comprehensive investigation of her air handler, compressor unit, pipes, etc., and identified the source of these issues. He patiently explained to her what her options were to resolve the issues, with no pressure, for her to think about. I took the opportunity to quiz Kenny about my a/c unit, and he similarly gave me a couple ideas to think about. Both my neighbor and I are grateful to Kenny for the superlative service he provided.

Cody showed up when he said he was going to and clean. Very nice guy, he was in and out and did a great job.. He also made sure to clean up. The best part was there were no hidden fees or selling service that didnt need to be done. He did inform me of things that might need to be addressed in the future, but did not act like it needed to be done right then. I will definitely call them back for future services.

Brighter Home services formally known as Rosensteels ac, Came out To the house I inherited. I used them as a second opinion. The first company that came out said I had a leak in my evaporator coil and that it was gonna be 4000 and change to change it out. Come to find out the tech with Brighter Home services by looking at the serial number questioned whether it was under warranty or not, and called the manufacturer to find out that the coil was actually under warranty. So I ended up only having to pay for labor and the refrigerant that had to be replaced. $2077. Thanks again for being so trustworthy.

After 4 previous estimates from other companies to replace my water heater their technician Daniel took 30 seconds to notice the water heater was under warranty. They called the manufacturer and handled everything in a couple hours and saved me $600. Very professional and the only person smart enough to notice the warranty or trustworthy enough to tell me instead of sell me a new one. Great guy and did everything in a few hours. Great job!!

They put in new ac and ducts under my trailer. The two young men were very courteous and explained each step they were fixing to do. They showed me the old ducts how worn they were . They went under house and worked very hard. I now have ac . I would recommend the Brighter Homes company to anyone. They did a great job.

We were in a pickle as we had just arrived in FL after 2 grueling days of driving. We were hot, tired and still had to unload and unpack.
